diferentes sectores de Padre Hurtado.<\/p><p>La instancia busca prevenir, mantener y mejorar la funcionalidad de las personas mayores mediante diferentes actividades, entre las que destacan capacitaciones y talleres de actividad f\u00edsica, fomentando la vida sana y el autocuidado, todo para lograr autonom\u00eda f\u00edsica y cognitiva de nuestras personas de la tercera edad.<\/p><p>A quienes participan en estos talleres, se les entrega un kit deportivo, que consta de un manual con ejercicios cognitivos para que desarrollen ejercicios de forma permanente en sus hogares, adem\u00e1s
